The bucket tooth of the scarifier is a replaceable working device with the function of breaking and loosening. It can be divided into the bucket teeth of the scarifier used for excavator and the bucket teeth of the scarifier used for bulldozer. The bucket teeth of the scarifier used for excavator are also called the bucket hook, and the bucket teeth of the scarifier used for bulldozer are also called the tail hook, which are generally single teeth, but also have two or three teeth, so the cutting force is strong. An integral casting loosening tooth has ear holes on the upper part, which are hinged with the bucket rod and bucket cylinder respectively. There is a hard alloy surfacing tooth cap at the front end of the tooth tip. When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is extended, the tooth tip is forced to insert and turn the soil. It is used to excavate cracked rock, break frozen soil, and excavate asphalt pavement. It is suitable for crushing and splitting hard soil, secondary hard rock and aeolian fossils, so as to excavate and load with digging bucket.
The existing problems are as follows
1) The stress on the connecting part of the lower tie rod of the scarifier bucket tooth and the working beam is too large, which may cause plastic deformation and even cracks after long-time working. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the outer plate thickness. At the same time, the stress is more concentrated in the middle part of the pull rod with higher strength.
2) The loosening teeth are made of alloy steel with high strength. The stress is not obvious, which can basically meet the requirements of working conditions. However, attention should be paid to the connection between the tooth tip and the guard plate.
3) Because the support is installed at the tail of the bulldozer, the stress on the part connected with the tail is large. Moreover, the connection hole is also subject to the reverse thrust of the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the problem can be solved by adding a transverse support plate to the place where the stress is greater.
4) The stress on the upper end of the working beam and the connecting part of the hydraulic cylinder is greater. It is easy to cause fatigue damage, so it is necessary to choose alloy steel with higher yield strength. In addition, the stress of the connection part between the pipe beam and the gear sleeve of the working beam is also large, so the welding process of the material is required to be relatively high.
